Shaolin Grandmaster Sin Kwang The' has dedicated his life to the preservation and growth of traditional Shaolin martial arts. This series, Shaolin Legends and Training Essentials, is dedicated to all the Shaolin practitioners who have persisted over time to ensure that the techniques and philosophies of Shaolin would not only survive but also be available to future generations.

In Shaolin Legends, Grandmaster Sin The' shares stories and tales that provide the background for the training techniques traditionally taught in Shaolin. With a unique insight based upon more than five decades of training, he also shares what he considers to be the essence of each of these styles.
